Genesis 4:5-7

⁵ but ^(A)for Cain and his offering He had no regard. So ^(B)Cain became very angry and his face ^[a]was gloomy. ⁶ Then the Lord said to Cain, “^(C)Why are you angry? And why is your face ^[b]gloomy? ^7 (D)If you do well, ^[c]will your face not be ^[d]cheerful? ^(E)And if you do not do well, sin is lurking at the door; and its desire is for you, ^(F)but you must master it.”
